Sarah was born in Chicago, IL and for 29 years made California her home - San Luis Obispo was home for 20 of those years.
She earned her BA in Journalism from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN and her MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Santa Barbara, CA.
